Each of the clinicians on our team has unique insurance arrangements. Some of the plans accepted include Aetna, Oxford, and United Healthcare. We match new clients to clinicians who accept their particular insurance plan whenever possible. We are also happy to assist with the process of submitting for out–of-network reimbursement if your insurance plan is not accepted.

  • What are the fees for services?

It is our goal to help each and every person receive the treatment that they need. We offer competitive rates and are happy to assist with the process of submitting for out-of-network reimbursement. To view the fees for each of our services CLICK HERE to review our insurance and fees page.

  • Do I have to enter into individual AND group therapy for DBT, or can I just do one or the other?

DBT is a full and comprehensive treatment program that entails multiple components. Clients who can benefit from DBT Treatment are encouraged to enter into both individual and group therapy.

  • Can I enter into your DBT Program and also continue to see my current my therapist?

DBT is a specialized, comprehensive treatment program focused on learning and generalizing a variety of behavioral skills. DBT requires participating exclusively in all components of treatment. If you are currently in treatment with another provider, we will help you make the transition into our DBT program.

  • How long does it take to complete the DBT Program?

DBT treatment requires a serious commitment from both the client and therapist. The client’s goals are clarified collaboratively in the beginning of treatment and sessions following focus on skills to reach those goals. Overall, DBT is a very directive and active process in which the client’s effort is an essential factor in success and improved quality of life. We ask that new clients commit to the program for a period of 6 months to one year. Many people choose stay for longer than one year.
